I believe in a multi-pronged approach to mental health, based on the fact that your brain is an organ, constantly communicating with the rest of your body! When you learn to tune into the physical and physiological messages your body sends you, you will have a better handle on what both your brain and body need for optimal wellness.

Our brains are part and parcel of our bodies, not separate entities. By taking care of our bodies, we take of our brains, and vice versa. My approach is grounded in the latest research on the role of gut-health for mental health, the role of inflammation in mental health conditions, and the ways in which mental health can be improved via lifestyle practices.
